BDigitizing operates BDigitizing and is responsible for the personal information described in this policy, subject to the roles of independent payment, hosting, storage, communications, security, and analytics providers. Merchant: BDigitizing. Support email: support@bdigitizing.com. Country: Pakistan.
We may collect account and contact details; order, quote, batch, chat, revision, support, promotion, and transaction records; artwork, images, videos, embroidery files, vector files, production details, and instructions; billing and payment status information supplied by a payment provider; delivery information for physical products; device, browser, IP, security, referral, and usage information; and records needed to prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and comply with law.
Card and wallet details are entered into the selected payment provider's checkout experience when available. We may receive limited information such as provider name, transaction identifier, amount, currency, payment method category, masked account details, status, risk result, refund status, and customer contact information. Do not send complete card numbers, security codes, passwords, or identity documents through chat, email, or artwork uploads unless an authorized secure process specifically requests them.
We use information to provide quotes and custom services; create, fulfill, deliver, revise, and support orders; process and reconcile payments and refunds; maintain accounts, carts, drafts, uploads, chat, and order history; communicate service updates; prevent abuse, fraud, and security incidents; keep accounting and dispute evidence; improve reliability and customer experience; meet legal obligations; and send marketing only where permitted and subject to applicable consent or opt-out requirements.
Depending on your location, processing may be necessary to perform a contract, take steps requested before a contract, comply with legal obligations, protect legitimate business and security interests, establish or defend legal claims, or act on consent. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications, but we may still send essential order, account, security, payment, and policy messages.
We may share only the information reasonably needed with hosting and infrastructure providers; database and authentication providers; cloud file and media storage providers such as Cloudinary; payment processors such as Payoneer Checkout or another enabled gateway; email, notification, support, analytics, security, fraud-prevention, shipping, accounting, and professional advisers; and authorities or counterparties when required by law, safety, a transaction, or a dispute. These parties process information under their own terms or contractual responsibilities. We do not sell personal information for money.
The service uses essential cookies and browser storage for authentication, security, carts, drafts, upload recovery, preferences, and requested functionality. Analytics or marketing technologies, including Meta Pixel or similar tools, should operate only when enabled and when the required consent or other lawful basis exists. Browser privacy settings, consent controls when provided, and marketing opt-outs may affect these technologies.
Customer artwork and production files are used to perform and support the requested service. We will not intentionally publish confidential customer artwork as portfolio or promotional material without permission or another valid basis communicated to the customer. Customers should identify confidential or pre-release artwork when ordering.
Because the website serves customers internationally and uses global service providers, information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on contractual, organizational, or legal safeguards appropriate to the transfer and provider relationship.
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, preserve account and order history, support repeat work, maintain backups, resolve revisions, refunds, fraud, chargebacks, tax, accounting, and legal claims, and comply with law. Retention periods vary by record type and provider. Data may be deleted, anonymized, or securely archived when no longer required.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including encrypted transport, access controls, authentication, role restrictions, security monitoring, and third-party infrastructure controls. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. You must protect account credentials and promptly report suspicious activity.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, or information about processing. Some records may be retained when needed for contracts, payments, fraud prevention, accounting, disputes, or legal obligations. Submit a request from the account email to support@bdigitizing.com; we may verify identity before acting.
The service is intended for people who can lawfully enter contracts and is not directed to children. We may update this policy when services, providers, laws, or practices change. The current version and update date will be published on this page.
