BDigitizing provides custom embroidery digitizing, vector-art conversion, design-related services, custom quotations, digital file delivery, and—when specifically offered and accepted—physical custom products such as patches. Services are created from customer-supplied artwork and instructions. File formats, dimensions, colors, fabric, placement, technique, quantity, delivery target, and other requirements must be stated accurately before work begins.
You represent that you own, license, or otherwise have permission to use and submit all artwork, logos, trademarks, names, images, videos, fonts, and instructions supplied to us. You must not request unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, abusive, or unauthorized work. You are responsible for claims arising from material you submit or direct us to reproduce.
Displayed prices, package prices, discounts, and estimates apply only to the scope shown at the time of ordering. Custom quotes remain unpriced until an authorized quote is issued. Complex artwork, changed dimensions, additional formats, physical production, rush service, shipping, taxes, duties, or scope changes may change the total. The final amount and transaction currency are shown before payment. Your bank or payment provider may apply exchange rates or fees outside our control.
Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may vary by country, currency, transaction value, risk review, or provider availability. Payments may be processed by Payoneer Checkout or another approved third-party gateway when enabled. We do not intentionally store complete card numbers or card security codes. An order is treated as paid only after the platform receives a reliable successful status from the payment provider or an authorized administrator verifies an accepted manual payment. Never send full card details through chat, email, or file upload.
You must review the service, package, quantity, artwork, instructions, dimensions, placement, fabric, file format, price, currency, and delivery details before submission. Work may pause while we request missing information, clarification, approval, or payment. Changes requested after work begins may be treated as additional work and may require a revised price or delivery estimate.
Digitizing and vector files are normally delivered electronically through the order page, dashboard, chat, secure download, or email. Typical turnaround shown on the website is an estimate, not a guarantee, unless a deadline is expressly confirmed in writing. Complex work, batches, revisions, incomplete information, payment review, outages, holidays, and customer response times can extend delivery. You are responsible for downloading delivered files and maintaining your own backups.
Free minor revisions apply only to corrections within the original paid scope and instructions. New artwork, wording, size, placement, fabric, technique, color plan, major restructuring, or redesign may require a new order or additional charge. A digital preview is not a substitute for a physical sew-out. Machine, thread, needle, tension, stabilizer, hooping, fabric, and operator settings affect production results.
Cancellation and refund eligibility is governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Because the services are custom-made, eligibility depends on whether work or production has started, whether the delivered work materially differs from the approved scope, and whether a verified problem can be corrected through a reasonable revision. Approved gateway refunds are normally returned to the original payment method.
When physical patches or other custom goods are offered, the accepted quote should identify quantity, unit price, setup, proofing, production time, shipping method, destination, and estimated charges. Production may begin only after required approval and payment. Custom physical products generally cannot be cancelled for change of mind after production begins. Carrier delays, customs, duties, destination restrictions, and inaccurate delivery information may be outside our control.
You are responsible for account credentials, authorized account activity, accurate contact information, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. Service communications may be sent by dashboard notification, chat, or email. You must not misuse uploads, downloads, chat, payments, promotions, referrals, reviews, staff access, or platform security.
We will provide the custom service with reasonable care and address verified issues under the stated revision and refund policies. Except where law requires otherwise, the service is provided without warranties that every file will run identically on every machine, material, or setup. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability for a claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected order, and we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, lost-profit, production-delay, or consequential losses.
We may update these Terms when services, processors, laws, or operational requirements change. The version displayed when an order is placed applies to that transaction unless law requires otherwise.
